Directions
For brownies you will need: 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil. 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons water. Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 8" x 8" or 9" x 9" baking pan. Instructions: Note: For best results: Do not overcook. Baking time will vary depending on the oven and pan. For cake-like brownies, add 1 extra egg. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Whisk together melted butter (or coconut oil), eggs, water, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl. 3. Add brownie mix into the same bowl and stir until fully incorporated. 4. Spread batter evenly into a lightly oiled baking pan. 5. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean. 6. Cool completely before cutting and enjoy! Get creative! Salted Caramel Brownies: Follow instructions 1 thru 4 above. Gently press 10 caramel chews evenly into the batter. Bake as instructed. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over warm finished brownies. Cool, cut and indulge yourself!
