Over medium heat, lightly brown on each side turning occasionally. Serve with sour cream, fruit preserves or fresh fruit if desired. Conventional or toaster oven: pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen blintzes on a baking sheet lightly oiled with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes then turn blintzes over and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
