Spicy Vodka Sauce: Total Time: 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. Mccormick Seasoning Mix. 1 can (15 oz.) Tomato sauce. 2/3 cup heavy cream. Directions: 1 Whisk tomato sauce and cream in small saucepan. Add Sauce Mix, whisking constantly until well blended. 2. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until sauce comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.) 3. Serve over cooked pasta. Kitchen Tips: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and finely chopped basil, if desired. Substitute 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Petite diced tomatoes (undrained) in place of the tomato sauce.
