Directions: For complete details and instructions for use, please see package insert. Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose. Breathe out. 2. Remove cap and shake the bottle. Do not leave cap unattended around children. 3. Squeeze the bottle away from yourself to test the pressure needed for an ideal dose. Use both hands if necessary. A mist of approximately 6 inches for adults and children 12 yrs+. 4. Place nozzle of bottle just inside the nose and quickly squeeze the bottle to deliver 1 or 2 sprays while gently inhaling. 5.
