You will need: Boneless beef chuck roast (2 to 3 lbs.) Slow cooker (6 quart size recommended). 1. Place beef into slow cooker. Pour sauce over beef. (No need to add water.) 2. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (Or cook on high 4 to 5 hours.) 3. Shred beef and mix with sauce. Great served in: A flour tortilla with your favorite toppings, roasted corn & black beans on the side. Spicy quesadillas. Fill flour tortillas with beef and shredded cheese, fold in half and cook in a skillet until golden brown. Promptly refrigerate after opening.
