Madhava Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

What you need: Butter 1/2 cup (softened). Egg 1 (well beaten). Baking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Add cookie mix to medium mixing bowl. Add softened butter and combine/mix well with fork. 3. Add beaten egg and mix well. 4. Form dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes two dozen cookies. Try these variations: Oatmeal kinda person? Add 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats to cookie mix before adding butter. Proceed as directed. Feel like a cookie cake? Spread cookie dough into greased 9" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan before cutting into squares. Makes 16 cookie bars.
