Directions for Use: 1. Open trap and carefully peel off protective paper from glue surface. 2. Remove one food-based bait tablet and place it in the center of glue. 3. Fold the wings of the trap inward, placing the tab into the slot to close. Storage and Disposal: Storage: Store in a cool, dry area inaccessible to children and pets. Trap is effective for up to 12 weeks once glue and bait tablet are opened and in use. Disposal: To dispose traps, simply discard in trash.
