For pizza dough you will need: 1 cup warm water (95 degrees F/35 degrees C). 1 packet of yeast (included). 1 whole egg (or use egg replacer). Olive oil. Instructions: Yields 2 pizza crusts, 6-8 slices each. Note: For best results: Use dough within 24 hours. Ensure oven temperature is properly calibrated. 1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. 2. Mix together Cup 4 Cup pizza crust mix and yeast in a large bowl. Add water and the egg. Using a fork, stir until the dough is shaggy. Then, using your hands, knead the dough until smooth. 3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and rest in a refrigerator for 30 minutes. 4. Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a ball. Wrap one dough ball in plastic wrap and set aside until ready to repeat steps 5-10. Place the other dough ball onto a sheet of parchment or a silicone mat. 5. Roll the dough into a 14-inch (35 cm) circle about 1/8-inch (3 mm) thick without using any additional dry ingredients for dusting. To create an outer crust, fold in 1-inch (2.5 cm) of the outer edge, pinching well to seal. 6. Pour 1-1/2 tablespoons of olive oil onto a half sheet pan. Transfer the rolled dough to the oiled pan. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly on top of the dough. Pierce dough all over with a fork. 7. Prebake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until crust is light golden brown. Remove from oven. 8. Top the prebaked crust with your choice of toppings. 9. Bake pizza directly on oven rack until the toppings are cooked through. 10. Slice and enjoy!
