Directions

Cooking Instructions: Add frozen Gnocchi into boiling, lightly salted water. Cook at simmer. In about 2 minutes, as the pieces cook, they will float to the top, remove immediately with a slotted spoon. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. Serve with your favorite sauce or with plain butter or grated cheese. For food safety, follow cooking instructions. Note: Cooking equipment may vary and cook time may require adjusting. Add Sun of Italy or your favorite sauce. Keep frozen.
