Mixing directions: Hot: Hot drink 8 fl oz (240 ml). Add 1 scoop (1/4 cup or 27 g) Big Train mix to 7 fl oz (210 ml) hot water. Stir to dissolve. Iced: Iced drink 8 fl oz (240ml). Add 7 fl oz (210 ml) water and 1 scoop (1/4 cup or 27 g) Big Train mix into shaker. Shake for 30 - 60 seconds. Pour over ice. Blended: Blended drink 16 fl oz (480ml). Pour 6 fl oz (180 ml) water, 2 scoops (1/2 cup or 54 g) Big Train mix and 12 oz (180 g) of ice into blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
