Cold Use: Freeze in plastic bag for 3 hours before use. Warm Use: Thaw before use. Do not put frozen product directly into microwave. Remove from packaging. Microwave on low for 30 second increments until product reaches desired temperature. (Note: may vary based on microwave wattage). How to Wear: Check temperature for comfort before wearing. If desired temperature, place over the knee cap and gently wrap the upper and lower straps adjusting for fit. Cleaning Instructions: Use a damp cloth to wipe down. Lay flat & air dry. Do not get wet.
