Cold Use: Freeze in plastic bag for 3 hours before use. Warm Use: Thaw before use. Do not put frozen product directly into microwave. Remove from packaging. Microwave on low for 30 second increments until product reaches desired temperature. (Note: May vary based on microwave wattage). How to Wear: Check temperature for comfort before wearing. If desired temperature, place over desired neck, shoulder, or back area and gently wrap the upper and lower straps adjusting for fit. Please retain package insert for future reference.
