Stir in 2 cups cold water with whisk until moistened and well blended. 2. Cover with microwavable plastic wrap; fold back 1 side to vent steam. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. Caution: dish will be hot! Fluff with fork. Refrigerate leftovers. Note: low-watt microwaves may require 1 minute longer. Stove-top directions: Richer, creamier texture! Heat 1 1/2 cups water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup milk* and potatoes with whisk just until well blended. Let stand about 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Refrigerate leftovers.
