Easy Steamed Artichokes: Directions: 1. Place steaming basket in a large pot filled with water until it reaches just under the basket. 2. Place one layer of rinsed and trimmed artichokes into the steaming basket with artichoke stems facing up. Cover with tight fitting lid. 3. On high heat, bring to boil. Steam until tender. Tip: Plan for at least 30 mins for a medium-sized artichokes.
