Directions

Do not use if printed blister foil backing is torn or missing. Adults and children over the age of 12 chew one tablet and allow to dissolve in the mouth 4 times daily. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Other information: For best results, take in a clean mouth. It is helpful to drink at least 4 eight ounce glasses of water each day. Store at room temperature (65-80 degrees F).
