Add flavor to your favorite recipes by replacing refined white sugar with pure maple syrup: 1 1/3 cup (335ml) of maple syrup or 1 cup (150g) of maple sugar replaces 1 cup (225g) of white sugar. When using maple syrup, reduce the amount of liquid in recipes by 1/3 cup (85ml). Refrigerate after opening. Do not put in microwave.
