Note: Soak skewers in water for 1/2 hour before using. Helpful tips for the BBQ. To avoid bacteria from forming on your grill over the winter or in between use, clean the grate thoroughly after use. This will prevent contamination of your food in future BBQs. Place unused charcoal in an airtight container in order to prevent slow starting fires. Additionally, moisture-free coals are much easier to light.
