Directions

You will need: Skinless, boneless chicken thighs or breasts (2 to 3 lbs). Slow cooker (6 quart size recommended). 1. Place chicken into slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken. (No need to add water). 2. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours or until chicken is fork-tender. (Or cook on high 3 to 4 hours; recommended when using breasts.). 3. Remove chicken, serve with sauce. Great served with: couscous, topped with fresh cilantro if desired. Promptly refrigerate after opening. Do not purchase if open. Do not microwave.
