All you need: 1 pkg. Grill Mates® Seasoning Mix. 1 lb. ground beef. 4 hamburger rolls. Mix ground beef and seasoning mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees F). Serve on rolls with desired condiments and toppings. Makes 4 servings. Burger Builds: Mushroom & onion cheeseburgers. Top burgers with swiss or provolone cheese and sauteed onions and mushrooms. Mushroom Blue Burgers. Add 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese to ground beef mixture. Top burgers with grilled red onion slices.
