B&B Charcoal Briquets, Competition Oak

17.6 lb (8 kg)

Directions

Using a Charcoal Chimney: We highly recommend starting your fire with a charcoal chimney. Fill the chimney with briquets and place it over an all natural fire starter or clean paper such as the inner layers of this bag. Light the starter and let the coals burn until flames begin to come out of the top and the coals start to ash over. Then carefully dump the chimney and spread out the coals. Charcoal Tips: Be sure the coals are mostly ashed over before cooking. Spread the coals, but be sure they are still touching. Use the grill vents to control the temperature. Open them wide for more heat. Close them for less.
