Lighting Instructions: Position BBQ grill on flat surface, open air vents. Place B&B Char-Logs in a pyramid shape in center of a grill. Add charcoal lighter fluid according to lighter fluid instructions. Ignite Char-Logs in several places, leave grill uncovered white Char-Logs begin to burn. As flames die down and Char-Logs are ashed-over (grayish color) by daytime or (redish) glow by night. Spread hot Char-Logs to an even layer and you are ready to begin grilling! If more cooking time is needed, add more Char-Logs accordingly.
