How should I cook 'em? Stove top: Add 1 cup of rice & quinoa blend to 2 1/4 cups of water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
