All you need: 1 pkg. Grill Mates® Seasoning Mix. 1 lb. ground beef. 4 hamburger rolls. Mix ground beef and seasoning mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees F). Serve on rolls with desired condiments and toppings. Makes 4 servings. Burger builds: Applewood BBQ Burgers: Top burgers with thinly sliced grilled onions and bell peppers, and BBQ sauce. Smoky Applewood Bacon Burgers: Top burgers with American cheese, crisp cooked bacon slices and grilled onions.
