Use once a day for 30 minutes. Directions: Peel Strip: Tear open foil packet. Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film. Apply & Wait: Look in a mirror, stretch the whitening strip, and then apply with the sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with edge of gumline and apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely to the teeth. Reveal: Peel from back of teeth first to ease removal. Smile Bright: Product is designed to be used for 30 minutes. Leave in place for at least 30 minutes for easier removal and for optimal experience.
