Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Use enough oil to completely cover croquettes. Add 4 croquettes at a time to pre-heated oil and cook 5 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from oil and allow to rest on a paper towel for 2 minutes. Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. Keep frozen.
