Directions

Microwave directions: Stir pudding mix into 2 cups fat-free milk in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 7 to 9 min. or until mixture comes to full boil, stirring every 3 min. (mixture will be thin. Pudding thickens as it cools.) Cool 15 min., stirring twice. Serve warm or chilled. Stir before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate. Not recommended for microwave ovens below 500 watts. Pudding directions: 2 cups of milk. Stir pudding mix into 2 cups fat-free milk* in medium saucepan. Bring to full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. (Mixture will be thin. Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat. Cool 15 min., stirring twice. Pour into bowl. Serve warm or chilled. Stir before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Make 4 (1/2-cup) servings. *Per serving, 1% milk adds 10 calories and 1g fat; 2% milk adds 20 calories and 2g fat; whole milk adds 30 calories and 4g fat. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap on surface of pudding while cooling. Stir before serving.
