Directions

Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: For proper food safety and quality follow conventional oven directions. Do not allow flatbread to thaw before cooking. Do not eat flatbread without cooking. The internal temperature of this flatbread needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure your flatbread is cooked thoroughly by checking the temperature in several spots. Refrigerate any leftovers. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove all packaging. Place flatbread directly on center rack. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. When cooked properly, the flatbread crust will be light and crisp. Ovens vary, please adjust baking time and temperature as needed.
