What you need: Water or milk 1 cup. Oil 1/2 cup. Eggs 3. Baking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease baking pan. 2. Add cake mix, water, oil and eggs to large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. 4. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting. Baking times: 13" x 9" pan, two 8" or 9" rounds - 30-35 minutes. 24 cupcakes (2/3 full) - 18-23 minutes. 48 mini cupcakes (2/3 full) - 16-21 minutes.
