How to Use: 1. Press 'MIN' button to set minutes and 'SEC' button to set seconds. 2. Press the Start/Stop button to start countdown. 3. The time can be paused and restarted by pressing the Start/Stop button. 4. The alarm beeps when time is up, silence the timer by pressing the Start/Stop button. The alarm will reset to the last programmed time. 5. Press 'MIN' and 'SEC' together to reset the time to 00:00. 6. To count up: When the display is at 00:00 press the Start/Stop button to begin timing. Battery Replacement: Open the battery door and remove old battery, replace with new battery following the "+" polarity symbol. Replace the battery cover. Cleaning and Care: Handwash only. Do not immerse in water or put in dishwasher.
