Preparation: 1. Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb. of pasta) to a boil and add salt if desired. 2. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally for firm "Al Dente" pasta (vary cooking time for desired consistency). 3.
