Do not pull bear head to open. 1. Push safety lock and turn gently to the right. 2. Tear foil pouch at notch to expose pad. Do not touch pad directly. 3. Slide pad into pad slot of vapor clip. Inserting a new pad will push out the old one. 4. Rotate knob back in place until it locks. Vents should be on top of the bear head. 5. Replace pad after 12 hours. Discard old pad. 6. Attach Vapor Raz clip to baby's clothing. 7. Silicone ring is for button pacifiers and Velcro is for pacifiers with handles. 8. Inspect the Vapor-Raz clip before each use and dispose immediately if damaged. 9. Do not boil clip.

Do not teether around baby's neck as it presents a strangulation danger.Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush with water immediately. If eye irritation persists, consult a doctor. Do not take internally. Do not use on children under 3 months of age or if child has asthma or allergies without first consulting your doctor. Never increase the ribbon length by any means. Do not attach to loose parts of clothing or ribbons as this presents a strangulation danger. Do not allow your baby to use clip as a toy.
Do not use the pacifier holder when baby is sleeping, in a crib or playpen. Please use pacifier holder under adult supervision.
In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush with water immediately. Do not use on children under 3 months of age without first consulting your doctor.
Keep refill pads out of reach of children and pets.
