Francesca's Marinara Sauce

Description
Cozze alla Marinara Last night's dinner was amazing... I heated olive, oil, garlic and red pepper flakes until the aroma filled the kitchen. I added some Black Mussels and then deglazed the pan with white wine. After the wine evaporated, I added a jar of Francesca's Marinara Sauce. When the mussels opened, I moved them to a platter. I let the sauce reduce a bit, then I poured the sauce over the mussels and drizzled them with extra virgin olive oil. I added chopped parsley and enjoyed. Next time, I could try this over al dente linguine.Other Description
