Directions
Partially cooked. Keep frozen. Recipe suggestion: 4 tablespoons Chinese soy sauce. 3 tablespoons vinegar. 2 teaspoons sugar. 1 tablespoon oriental sesame seed oil or chili oil. 1 teaspoon chopped ginger (optional). 1 teaspoon chopped garlic (optional). May be drizzled over if boiled or steamed. If pan-fried, serve sauce on the side. Cooking directions: Potstickers: Heat a frying pan over high heat. Add oil to coat bottom. Add frozen potstickers and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup water into pan. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes. Dumplings: Boil: Bring a generous quantity of water to a rapid boil. Add frozen dumplings and cook for 3 minutes, or until they float. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve. Steam: Bring water in a steamer to boil. Add frozen dumplings (may put on small plate), cover and steam for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes. Serve.
