Apply: Fold and tear a tattoo from the perforated page. Remove clear plastic sheet and place tattoo face-down onto skin. Press with a wet cloth for 30 seconds. Peel away the backing to reveal your tattoo. Remove: Use a washcloth or paper towel to rub the skin with oil or rubbing alcohol.
