Prep time: 5 minutes. Refrigerate: 1 hour. Makes 1 cup. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning mix. 1 cup sour cream Directions: 1. Stir sour cream and seasoning mix in small bowl until well blended. Cover. 2. Refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving. Serve with chips, crackers or fresh vegetables. Try this twist! Hot Mediterranean dip: mix 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup each crumbled feta cheese and chopped black olives, Seasoning Mix and 1/2 tsp. McCormick oregano leaves. Spoon into lightly greased pie plate. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 3 cups. Vegetable cream cheese: beat 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, Seasoning Mix and 1 tbsp. milk until well blended and smooth. Serve with bagels or use as a spread in tortilla wraps. Makes 1 cup. Oven roasted vegetables: toss 6 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, Seasoning Mix and 1 tbsp. oil in large bowl. Spread in single layer on foil-lined large baking pan. Bake in preheated 450 degrees F oven 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
