Important: must be kept refrigerated. Cooking directions: Simmer sauce with 1 1/2 pounds raw or lightly sauteed cubed chicken for 10-15 minutes (cooking times may vary). Serve with basmati rice. Also good with cubed lamb (cook 45-60 min), fish (5-10 min), potatoes, carrots, beans, or cauliflower. Serves 4. Quick uses: pour over warm Asian noodles. Puree with butternut squash for soup. Simmer with leftover roasts or vegetables.
