Directions

Store in a cool, dry place protect from light. Cooking instructions: boil 1 quart water and 1 tsp. salt per 4 oz of spaetzle. Add the spaetzle to the salted boiling water and cook on high for approximately 13 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then strain, serve and enjoy! Cooking time: 13 minutes. The cooking time is a recommendation. It you like your pasta al dente, taste it from time to time to see if it is cooked to your liking.
