Daily feeding guidelines: Puppies will normally start eating solid food about three to four weeks of age. Begin feeding Top Runner Premium Puppy Food moistened with milk or water. Mix one part liquid to two parts of food. Gradually reduce the amount of liquid until your puppy is eating only dry food. Use the chart as a guideline for feeding amounts. Puppies should be fed Top Runner Premium Puppy Food until at least one year of age (depending upon the breed). Weaning. Start puppies on moistened Top Runner' Premium Puppy Food as they begin to nibble solid food. Growth. Feed puppies 2-3 times per day, all that they can consume in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove food. Reproduction. Food consumption may vary throughout gestation and lactation. During gestation, feed the amount to maintain the weight of the pregnant female. During lactation, feed 3 to 4 times normal intake. Your dog's food requirements may vary depending upon breed, size, age, exercise and environment. Keep fresh drinking water available at all times. We recommend feeding your puppy within the day guidelines listed below: Size of Puppy: Small (3 to 20 lbs). Up to 14 weeks, 1/4 to 1 to cup, 14 to 20 weeks 1 to 2 cups, 20 weeks to and older 2 to 3 cups. Size of Puppy: Medium (21 to 50 lbs). Up to 14 weeks, 1/2 to 2 to cup, 14 to 20 weeks 2 to 3 cups, 20 weeks to and older 3 to 6 cups. Size of Puppy: Large (51 to 100 lbs). Up to 14 weeks, 1 to 4 cup, 14 to 20 weeks 4 to 8 cups, 20 weeks to and older 8 to 10 cups. Using a standard 8 oz. measuring cup.adjust to maintain proper body weight and condition.Remember: Keep fresh drinking water available at the times.
