Cooking Instructions: For optimal food quality and safety, keep fillets frozen until ready to prepare (do not refreeze) and follow these cooking instructions: To Bake: Arrange rack in center of the oven, preheat, and place frozen fillets on a shallow foil-lined baking pan. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400 degrees F for 22-25 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. Convection Oven: Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-22 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before enjoying. Preheat to medium-high heat. Place frozen fillets on a piece of aluminum foil and crimp foil edges together to form a pouch. Grill for 20-22 minutes. When ready to serve, drizzle remaining sauce from pouch over fish. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are only a guideline. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees F. Microwave cooking not recommended. Warning: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Please use caution when consuming. Keep frozen.
