Cooking instructions: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fish in an oven-safe baking dish in the center of the oven. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F. Fry: use a non-stick frying pan. Coat the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of cooking oil. Preheat the pan on medium to high heat. Place the fish in the center of the pan and cook each side until golden brown. Approximately 2-3 minutes per side. When the fish flakes easily with a fork, remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
