Madhava Ooey-Gooey Chocolate Brownie Mix

What you need. Oil 1/2 cup. Warm water or milk 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. Egg 1. Baking instructions. 1 Lightly grease baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for metal pan, 325 degrees F for glass pan. 2. Combine mix, oil and water in a medium mixing bowl. Stir by hand until well blended. 3. Beat egg and add to bowl. Stir until batter is smooth. 4. Pour batter into 8" x 8'' cake pan. Metal Pan - Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes. Glass Pan - Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick comes out clean. Try these variations: Do you love a more cake-y brownie? Add 2 eggs instead of one. Proceed as directed. Sometimes you feel like a nut. Add 1 cup of walnuts to prepared batter.
