Oven: Product must be thawed before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Transfer product to an oven safe container. Cover with aluminum foil and heat on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove foil, stir and heat for an additional 5 minutes, or until the product reaches 165 degree F. Microwave: Microwave: Product must be thawed before cooking. Remove plastic film. Heat for 3 minutes on high. Stir and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the product reaches 165 degree F.
