What you need: Mix 1 cup Water or milk 1 cup. Oil 1 tbsp. Baking instructions: 1. Combine 1 cup pancake mix, water and oil in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk batter until blended. 2. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on a lightly greased, preheated griddle or pan. 3. Cook pancakes over medium heat approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side until golden brown. Makes two 4-inch pancakes. Try these variations: Try berries in your pancakes! Add 3/4 to 1 cup fresh or frozen berries to prepared batter. Cook as directed above. Craving waffles? Blend 2 whipped egg whites into the prepared batter. Cook according to waffle maker directions.
