Cooking instructions: Grill: Cook salmon on cedar plank over medium direct heat, 350-375, for 10 - 15 minutes, keeping the grill's lid closed as much as possible to maximize smoking. Drizzle with Wildfire glazing sauce before serving. Oven: Bake salmon on cedar plank in a preheated 425 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with Wildfire glazing sauce. Enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
