Keep refrigerated. For maximum freshness refer to date on package. Once opened, use immediately. Cook in microwave. Steam valve for microwaving: caution hot! Tightly close zip lock. Place bag this side up in microwave. Cook on high 4-5 minutes* depending on microwave strength. Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove from microwave. Caution: contents will be hot. Optional seasoning ideas: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cracked red pepper or just simple salt & pepper. *Cooking times may vary due to varying temperatures of microwave or stove top. Saute: In pan on medium heat, warm up 3 tbs of olive oil. Turn heat to high and add all sprouts from bag. Cook sprouts until tender (approx. 4 - 5 min). Immediately season to your preference and serve.
