Directions

Stove top directions: 1. Place frozen pouch under hot water for 1 minute. 2. Cut package open and place spinach in saucepan. Cover with water. 3. Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 4 minutes or until tender. Microwave directions: 1. Place frozen pouch under hot water for 1 minute. 2. Cut package open and place spinach in microwave safe container. 3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time. Wattage: 700-800. Cooking min. - 8min. Wattage: 900-1000. Cooking min. - 7min. Wattage: 1100-1200. Cooking min. - 6 1/2 min. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand 1 minute.
