Step #1. Unfold the "carpeted base", lay flat and insert "screw & washer" through the bottom hole in the base. Step #2: Attach the bottom of the "carpeted Tube" to the "carpeted base", screw and tighten. Use the "screw driver" to secure the two parts together. Note: do not over tighten. Step #3. Take off & discard the protective screw cover on the carpeted tube screw. Attach the "Sisal Tube" to the top of the "carpeted tube" screw and tighten. Note: do not over tighten. Now your cat's ready to play!
