You will need: Boneless beef chuck roast (2 to 3 lbs.). Slow cooker (6 quart size recommended). 1. Place beef into slow cooker. Pour sauce over beef. 2. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (Or cook on high 4 to 5 hours.). 3. Shred beef and mix with sauce. Great served in: Crunchy taco shells with your favorite toppings. Nachos Grande: Top tortilla chips with shredded beef, pinto beans and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and top with your favorite nacho toppings! Promptly refrigerate after opening. Do not purchase if open. Do not microwave.
