Cook thoroughly. Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Always follow cooking instructions. Do not use in conventional or toaster oven. Always follow cooking instructions. For food safety and quality purposes, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer in several places. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Keep frozen until ready to use. 1. Remove from carton; puncture film. 2. Microwave on high as follows: Wattage of Microwave - 1100 watts - 700 watts. Cook Time - 2 min; peel back film and stir well. Recover; cook an additional 2 min - 3 min; peel back film and stir well. Recover; cook an additional 3 min. *Note: If you don't know the wattage of your microwave, start with 1100 watts and add time if needed. 3 Let stand 1 minute, before serving. Enjoy! Caution: product will be hot. Single use bowl.
