Directions: Adults 12 and Older: Take 1 serving 1-2 times/day. Children 6 Months - 12 Years: Take 1 serving, 1 time/day. For children 6 months to 6 years and others with difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened and contents mixed in liquid or semisolid foods (yogurt, applesauce, etc.). For best results we recommend you store Align below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) in the original blister package.
